Are YOUR Workout Clothes More Like "Disposable" Ones?
When I work out in the morning, I always have a certain workout routine—I run on the treadmill for about 30 to 45 minutes, and then I go for the weights. I know running on a treadmill as soon as I get up is not the most exciting thing to do, and sometimes I have to drag myself to the gym, but I do feel great once I get on the treadmill and start running.
Whenever I run, I normally listen to my iPod and focus on my running, but there are times when I start thinking about “random” stuff while listening to my music, such as “what should I wear today?, when should I meet my friend?, what should I eat for lunch?,” and you know, all those kinds of “random” thoughts.
When I was running on the treadmill this morning, another random thought occurred to me. “Is it necessary to wash your workout clothes even if you didn’t sweat at all?” I know what you’re thinking. “EWW, that’s disgusting!” But think about it. I don’t know if you sweat or not when you workout, especially if you go running outside in this freezing cold weather, but as for me, I literally don’t sweat at all when I run in the cold. So that’s why I started wondering if it’s REALLY necessary to wash your workout clothes even if you didn’t sweat AT ALL, or is that just unsanitary?
Do you wash your workout clothes even if you didn’t sweat AT ALL, or do you wash your clothes no matter what?

I tend to wash all my clothes after one wear, and esp. my workout clothes. I'm a germophobe!
