  • Delicious Guilt-Free Double Chocolate Brownies!

    Thanks to Fitness Magazine, we can enjoy these delicious double chocolate brownies (yum!) and still don't have to feel so bad about it. Here's how to make them;

    Ingredients: (Makes 16 brownies)

    • Nonstick cooking spray
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup cold water
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate pieces
    • 2 teaspoon powdered sugar

    Directions:  

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Coat the bottom of a 9-X-9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
    3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter, then remove from heat.
    4. Stir in sugar, water, and vanilla.
    5. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until combined.
    6. Add chocolate pieces.
    7. Pour batter into pan, and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
    8. Cool in pan on wire rack.
    9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
